To ensure your company's competitiveness and resilience through digital transformation, Coaching 4.0 - Business Model Support for Digital Transition provides coaching and consultancy services to support companies in identifying business opportunities and developing innovative business models adapted to new technologies.

Coaching 4.0 is an initiative of the Portugal Digital Mission Structure in conjunction with the Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (IAPMEI) which aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from different business areas in the digital transition, located in mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores.

Coaching 4.0 is one of the measures provided for in the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and has a total budget of 40 million euros, with an associated incentive system to foster the digital maturity of companies.

The funding will take the form of a voucher with a maximum limit of 10,000 euros per company, with a 75% non-refundable contribution rate and 25% participation by the company. This funding is intended to cover expenses related to the acquisition of services and technologies aimed at digitizing the business.
